3D Printing Engineering Solutions
Our applications engineering service helps us to understand our client’s specific technical requirements. This is critical to ensure we find the right additive manufacturing system for the company’s production requirements. 3D printing can add value to a wide range of industries and applications. Therefore, our goal is to bring each of our clients the highest level of success and profitability possible. The first step of the process is to assess the company’s current workflow and projected production goals. From there, we will help you find the best 3D Printer and software for the application. We will also recommend materials and 3D inspection software to complete the new workflow effectively.
Our additive manufacturing engineers solve our client’s technical problems in a wide range of industries. By implementing our application data model, we are ready to provide support during every stage from design to printed part. As a result, we help our clients achieve the best improvement in quality and productivity.

3D Systems Geomagic Software
We offer 3D Systems software options to complete every stage of the additive manufacturing process.
Geomagic Design X is a 3D capture software that recreates parts by acquiring the original design specifications. These programs will scan the part, and transfer it into a CAD software file so that it can be recreated through 3D printing.
Blacksmith and Geomagic Control X software measure how accurately the 3D printed part matches the design. Depending on the printer, we can even use the 3D inspection software to scan for accuracy during the print, and set it for automatic corrections.
Every system works with a 3D printer slicing software to begin the designing process. This software will take the CAD software specifications and transfer them into the code for the print. The engineer will also see a digital model of the finished print prior to starting the physical build. In addition, the program will save the digital file so that the user can easily recreate the parts, or make minor adjustments without starting from scratch.
Applications Engineering
By utilizing an applications tuning workflow, we are prepared to customize the process for each part printed. By improving the performance of the system we can optimize the entire process for the applications being printed. This process will also define the requirements of the printed part, which will feed into 3D inspection software and end-use data.
